Todays up and I just had enough time to draw the head. Dad’s first reaction on seeing this – “Where are the eyes???” Haha
Funky old man
“Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional”
An awesome friend sent me some of the funniest belated happy birthday wishes that I have ever received/ will ever receive and the above line was in it. Just had to sketch the image that popped in my head. Rough doodle and I hope to work on it in the near future.
Old Soldering Iron
This big ass soldering iron, with a now-uselessly-big tip, is more than two decades old. It was my father’s friend’s dad’s which he ‘borrowed’ and it fell to me after that. I have been using this since I was ~11 or so #geek. Doesn’t work anymore but lots of memories attached, including but not limited to getting my fingers toasted and getting electrocuted.
Farewell
You meet so many people in your life and some of them quickly become an indispensable and meaningful part of you. But there are times when you have to part ways… you have to bid farewell for reasons that seem so right at the time. The important thing is… I will never forget… Will always carry these memories with me. My gift as well as my curse.
Took me about an hour. This one cannot be classified as anything but a doodle and yet, I like this one a lot.
